how to get i2c working for omnivisoncamer(help needed)

hi,

i tried to impelment i2c to omnivionn camerawith atmega controller
but it is not working

it stucks up here

while ((TWCR & _BV(TWINT)) == 0) ; /* wait for transmission */

at initial stage only.

i am not able to figure out what the problem is .

can any one tellme whaT THE PROBLEM CAN BE .
